"Can't get him out of my head" by Lionus (2004)

Did you ever meet someone who absolutely fascinated you without trying to? Someone who filled your thoughts from the moment you met them and even after you parted? Heh, sometimes those sleepless hours can be bittersweet.

Pencil to Photoshop. As simple in composition as this picture may seem, it gave me quire a few problems. Of course my on-going goal of eventually giving up using linework to do a artwork was a major part of my difficulties. But it was a bugger trying to figure out how to show digitigrade legs under a blanket. That and how much shawdowing to put in without making the picture too dark. Yet, like all well-behaved artwork this picture taught me one or two things that I did not know coming into it.

UPDATE (03OCT04): A minor anatomical goof fixed. Wag of the lion's tail to Matusleo for his sharp eyes in spotting the goof. Thanks big fellow. :)
