I posted the Dungeon and Polyhedron magazine list.  And I have included a 
web page below that will save you a LOT of work.  I was working on just 
such a project, and it is almost finished, but I have not found the time 
to complete it.  So feel free to take this and run with it.  
 Take a look at it, and send me questions. But I will clarify a few 
points. I have categories on how the material fits into Mystara.  And one 
of these is compatible.  I attempt to include all D&D products, except 
Thunder Rift, which were not set in Mystara, as compatible.  But I 
realize that it is something of an arbitrary definition.  For example, 
Polyhedron #51 contains a D&D adventure, but it is a spoof of the Caves 
of Chaos, called Caves of Confection, and really does not fit in with a 
serious campaign world like Mystara.  So it is left out of my lists.
 There are three products listed as vaporware, which may not actually be. 
I have placed a mail order with a company, which claims to finally have 
them, so I will see if they are in.  They are all listed under the First 
Quest Series. I will be able to help with adding other material, like 
reviews, and you can get TSR product numbers from the following web page

Now the biggest question of all is, is my list complete?  Except for the 
net sources, I think it may very well be complete, but if not it is very 
close.  I know there are other D&D adventures out there that are 
compatible with Mystara, and will include those as I find them.
