Martin Rosen's follow up animated feature after "Watership Down" was also based on a novel by Richard Adams. This time the story involves two experimental dogs that escape from a lab and cause mass hysteria in a small English sheep herding town when a tabloid reporter concocts a story about the dogs being infected with the bubonic plague.
This film never saw a US or Canadian release except on video and has become near impossible to find.
