Immediately after the Battle of Endor the Rebellion receives a message from an Imperial planet that is under attack by a new alien race. The Rebellion comes to the aid of this planet and forms a temporary and shaky alliance with the government of this planet to prevent this new race of beings from taking over the known galaxy.X-Wing: Rouge Squadron, Wedge's Gamble: Two and a half years after ROTJ. Wedge Antilles begins to reassemble Rouge Squadron, which becomes a major factor in the taking of Couruscant.The Courtship of Princess Leia: Three years after ROTJ. The newly forming New Republic is told that the Hapes system will join their alliance if Princess Leia marries the prince of the royal family. As Leia considers this proposition, a jealous Han Solo kidnaps Leia and takes her to a planet full of rancors and witches.Heir to the Empire, Dark Force Rising, The Last Command: Five years after ROTJ. Grand Admiral Thrawn has seized control of the Empire and begun a series of devastating assaults against the weak New Republic.Dark Empire: Six years after ROTJ. The Emperor has returned with a new super-weapon and manages to bring Luke Skywalker over to the dark side.Dark Empire II: Nine months after Dark Empire. The Emperor returns yet again with another super-weapon.Jedi Search, Dark Apprentice, Champions of the Force: Seven years after ROTJ. Luke establishes the Jedi Academy on Yavin IV and another Imperial super-weapon manages to show up.Children of the Jedi: Eight years after ROTJ. Luke and company become trapped on an old Imperial Dreadnaught ship that has reactivated itself and plans on attacking a number of planets.DarkSaber: Immediately after the above. The Hutts build a better Death Star.The Crystal Star: Ten years after ROTJ. Han and Leia's children are kidnapped by a former student of Darth Vader.Before the Storm: Twelve years after ROTJ. Leia begins negotiations with the Yevetha, who unknown to Leia are the biggest threat to the New Republic with the stolen Imperial Black Fleet. Meanwhile, Luke searches for information on his mother and Lando joins a mission in tracking down a ghost ship.Ambush at Correlia, Assault at Selonia, Showdown at Centerpoint: Fourteen years after ROTJ.
